About the Hospital

The Government Peripheral Hospital, Periyar Nagar was started on 12.12.1986. The Hospital was inaugurated by the former Chief Minister Dr.M.G.Ramachandran. The hospital is situated at Dr.Karthikeyan Salai, Periyar Nagar, Chennai-82. The hospital has an area of 17 grounds. The built up area covers upto 10.5 grounds. The hospital has a bed strength of 100.
